E-mail us with the property and dates of your choice. (Lettings will usually be on a Saturday to Saturday basis). |

We will then check availability with the property Owner and confirm back to you. |

You will then need to complete and sign our Booking Form and mail it to us together with a cheque for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the property price. Please click here for the booking form which can be printed off and completed before being returned to us. |

Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. |

Payment should be by sterling cheque, made payable to ‘Cote d'Azur Villas'. |
| 6. |
Balance of payment is due not less than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival at your holiday property. |
