This recently built cottage is on a quiet road with very little passing traffic and wonderful sea views. It has its own pool and enjoys views of the picturesque village of Biot, perched on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean.
This is a much-visited part of the coast famous for its glassware and pottery including the large terracotta vases that once were Biot's main produce.
It has a selection of excellent restaurants and the ancient, narrow streets and numerous shops are a delight to explore. Within a few minutes' drive are many points of interest, beaches, Antibes, three excellent golf courses, riding and tennis.
The house faces south and has a variety of trees providing excellent shade during the hottest parts of the day. There is a large wooden deck around the pool, which has a 'jet stream' complete with sun loungers and parasols.
The accommodation is on one level and consists of two double bedrooms, shower room with shower, toilet and basin, bath room with bath, toilet and basin, living room, kitchen, and large living room with dining area and doors opening directly onto the terrace equipped for outside dining and barbecues. The living room has a sofa bed.
Equipment includes telephone, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, barbecue, television and music system for playing tapes and CDs.
