Roquefort les Pins is a residential area consisting exclusively of private homes with a village centre containing all necessary shops including a small but very well stocked supermarket. There is a shopping centre, golf, tennis, horse riding and several good restaurants. Nearby are the villages of Valbonne and Biot with more shops an extensive selection of excellent restaurants. Beaches and other areas of interest are all within a short drive. The spacious villa is set in an enviable position with fine views and is not at all overlooked. The garden is on two levels with the pool on a lower terrace overlooked from the villa.

The accommodation is on three levels. Entrance hall, very large living room with sliding glass doors onto the terrace looking down to the pool. At one end of the living room is a spiral staircase going up to an open mezzanine level with beds for three. This is obviously a sleeping area for younger members of the group. There is a dining area off the living room opening onto the terrace equipped for outside dining and a large modern kitchen opening onto a terrace for sunbathing and table tennis. This same terrace leads to a self-contained studio with a small living room with kitchenette and stairs up to a double bed (a single bed could be added) shower room with shower, toilet and basin. From the other side of the living room stairs lead up one floor to a bathroom with bath, basin and shower and an independent WC. Two double bedrooms (one can be converted to a twin) one has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and basin. Up one more level is the master, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing a large double bath, separate shower unit, double basin and toilet. On the landing is a separate WC.
