Roquefort les Pins is a residential village consisting of substantial, individual homes with a variety of shops, restaurants and an excellent supermarket.

Tennis, riding and golf are close by and the village of Valbonne, with one of the best selections of restaurants in the area, is under ten minutes away. There is good access to the beaches at Villenuve-Loubet and Antibes.

Villa Dentelliere is an extremely well presented property with quality furnishings and decorations throughout. The large garden with expanses of flat lawn is not at all overlooked and is professionally maintained all year. It consists mainly of high hedge borders, lush lawn, flowering shrubs and flowerbeds.
