The village of Roquefort les Pins is a residential community of substantial, individual homes with a variety of good shops, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance from the villa. Tennis, riding and golf are all close by and the village of Valbonne, with one of the best selections of restaurants in the area, is just a ten minute drive away.

There is easy access to the beaches at Villeneuve Loubet and Antibes. The villa, located off a private road with no passing traffic, is an extremely well presented property and has furnishings of quality throughout. It faces south with views over the forest that surrounds the Opio-Valbonne golf course and is not at all overlooked.
