Locally there is an excellent selection of shops and several good restaurants including the well-known 'Auberge du Colombier'. Golf, tennis and riding are close and the beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Renowned as the perfume capital of the world, nearby Grasse is well worth a visit as there are several museums and tours which illustrate the history and production of the perfume essence.

The Villa is in a very quiet setting at the end of a private road, with absolutely no passing traffic, surrounded by a large, secluded garden that is mostly flat lawn bordered by pine trees. The newly constructed pool is on a slightly lower level but in sight of the living room and the covered terrace with barbecue and outside dining furniture.
