The village of Mougins is a typical Provencal village perched on the side of a hill above Cannes with wonderful views and is probably the most sought after location on the Cote d'Azur. It's appeal is the close proximity to Cannes and beaches, its ten Michelin listed restaurants including the famous Moulins de Mougins and its golf courses. Near to the villa is a small shopping centre with a supermarket and a variety of other shops. Just a short walk away from the villa is a boulangerie. The villa is south facing, set off a residential road with sea views and a view onto the village itself. The garden is professionally maintained all year and is all on one level surrounding the house set well back from the road which has little passing traffic. There is a covered parking area with a secure double gates.

The accommodation is on 2 levels. Large entrance hall opening on to a huge living room with a separate dining area. Off this room are wide stairs leading up to 3 of the five bedrooms. To the left of the hallway is a corridor leading to a cloakroom, the kitchen which is fully equipped including a large American refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher. Another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. It also has views of the village.
