The picturesque village of Biot, perched on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, is a much-visited part of the coast famous for its glassware and pottery including the large terracotta vases that once were its main industry. It has a selection of excellent restaurants and the ancient, narrow streets and numerous shops are a delight to explore.
Within a few minutes' drive are many points of interest, beaches, Antibes, three excellent golf courses, riding and tennis. Nice and Nice airport are under 30 minutes by car.
Villa Nicola is set above the village, facing south, in a quiet area of substantial homes with virtually no passing traffic. The house is in excellent condition throughout and is located in an open position with views of the sea and the Cap d'Antibes.
The well-tended garden is a mixture of flat lawn, flowering shrubs and trees surrounding a large terrace and pool complete with sun loungers and dining furniture.
The accommodation is on two levels and consists of: Ground floor - hallway, cloakroom, living room and dining area both with sliding glass doors onto the terrace, large kitchen adjacent to the dining room, with breakfast counter opening onto the terrace equipped for outside dining and barbecues.
First floor: two double bedrooms, both with sun terraces, one of which has a room off that is suitable for a child or baby, one twin bedroom, bathroom with a bath and basin, shower room with shower, toilet and basin, second cloakroom.
