Tourettes sur Loup is a thriving medieval village with a variety of restaurants, shops and a farmers market each week. It is close to it's larger neighbours Vence and St Paul de Vence.

The Villa itself is situated between Tourettes sur Loup and La Colle sur Loup located in the spectacular Loup valley made up of three villages all with magnificent views. The villa has an incredible view over to Bar sur Loup. Near here are walks along the gorges, and the coast is under 30 minute by car. The garden surrounding the house is cultivated and the rest is made up of old olive tree terraces.

The accommodation is on two levels and consists of:

Through the front door there is a hallway with cloakroom. To the left is a corridor leading to a double bedroom with bathroom containing bath, shower, double basin and toilet.

French doors from this room open onto the garden. Ahead there is the spacious living and dining room with French doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the pool equipped for outside dining. Off the living/dining room is a fully fitted kitchen.

To the right of the entrance are stairs leading up to the other 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double that has its own terrace with views of village of Bar sur Loup. These two bedrooms share the shower room containing shower, basin and toilet.
