This spacious property consists of two houses. The main house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms and the pool house, on a slightly lower level, has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The grounds and both houses have incredible sea views of the coast and the islands off Cannes and a grandstand view of the many summer firework displays. The large pool, 40' x 16', is just below the main house beside the pool house.

Although located in a completely unspoiled setting, surrounded by 6 square miles of it's own land, the house is just 4 miles from all shops and the autoroute which gives convenient access to all the of the Riviera. 

Tanneron itself is a small village set on top of a hill just back from the coast while nearby Mandelieu is a smart area on the coast just west of Cannes, with a golf course. There is a selection of good shops, restaurants etc. and an excellent Geant Casino supermarket with shopping centre. 

At the nearby Cannes Marina water-skiing and boat hire can be arranged. The picturesque coast road going west past Theoule-sur-Mer towards St. Raphael has long stretches of sandy beaches and small sheltered coves.

Accommodation is on two levels and consists of:

Ground floor: entrance hall, shower room with toilet, lounge with dining area opening onto the huge terrace with barbecue and outside dining furniture, fitted kitchen with breakfast table.

Garden Level: 2 double bedrooms both with bath, shower, basin and toilet, 2 twin bedrooms both with shower, basin and toilet, all bedrooms open onto the lower terrace.

Poolside cottage: lounge with fully fitted kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, shower room with shower, basin & toilet

Equipment includes: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, phone, TV, video player, music system for tapes and CDs.
